An intimate collaboration dinner between Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar and Diplomatico Rum. Learn about rum and how it became the most popular spirit in the colonial days of early America. Taste its many forms from white, spiced to aged and enjoy a highly creative and curated four course meal from Cuba Libre’s executive chef Pablo Catalan paired with rum neat, in cocktail form and incorporated in some of the dishes. Limited to 20 seats. Join us for a fun and informative night of amazing food and cocktails while becoming a rum expert. The night kicks off with a cocktail hour starting at 6:30 pm. Tickets are $85 per person and include tax and gratuity.
