An intimate collaboration dinner between Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar and Papa’s Pilar Rum. Learn about rum and its many forms from white, spiced to aged and how it is intertwined into American and Cuban history through a curated four course meal from Cuba Libre’s Cuban executive chef Angel Roque and rum pairings from Papa’s Pilar Rum. Limited to 15 seats. Join us for a fun and informative night of amazing Cuban food and cocktails while becoming a rum expert. The night kicks off with a cocktail hour starting at 6:30 pm. Tickets are $85 per person and include tax and gratuity.
