This October will mark Cuba Libre’s 5th year in Washington, DC and what better way to celebrate then with an anniversary fiesta full of classic cocktails, signature tapas and ceviches, Latin music and all the things that you’ve loved about Cuba Libre for the past five years! You and your friends are invited to come join the festivities on Thursday October 29 from 5-8 p.m. and help us celebrate in style.
Ticket price includes unlimited food, two cocktails (flight portion size), a complimentary champagne toast, live entertainment by Joe Falero and his Cuba Trio Ensemble and a variety of door prizes. There will be an unlimited festive feast of 14 different items including some of our signature menu favorites such as the Spinach and Manchego Buñuelos and the Cuban Sandwich Spring Rolls. The Paella Marinera and the Orange Porchetta (last seen at DC’s Dine-N-Dash in June) are both on the menu for the night. A ceviche station will be set up featuring two brand new ceviches (Salmón Organico and Carne de Cangrejo) created by our two-time James Beard Award-winning Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot. Three desserts will be offered, including our most traditional and loved Mami Totty’s Arroz con Leche.
Chef Guillermo Pernot will be in attendance, having just returned from his culinary trip to Cuba! He will be happy to share his exciting travel tales and experiences, and will be available to sign copies of his James Beard Award winning cookbook "¡Ceviche!"
